What is the Standard delivery time?

Standard delivery can take 3 to 5 working days after the payment is confirmed.

What is the minimum for free delivery?

Your basket must reach £29 before it is eligible for free delivery.

I put the wrong delivery address for my order, can this be changed?

If the delivery has not yet been shipped, we can change it. If it has, we can request the courier to do this, but if the item is delivered to the first address then we cannot be held responsible. If the item is returned back to us, it will be refunded (deducting any return cost we have been charged).
